Kyabram’s footballers have hit the training track with enthusiasm again high for another successful season in 2020 after recent commitments from some top players to stick with the club.

While this season’s premiership players Sam Sheldon and Jake Reeves will be missing next year new coach Brad Edwards is confident the remainder of this year’s premiership side will line-up again.

‘‘We are still negotiating with Patrick Wearden but are confident he will stay on board. The rest have all committed so everything is pretty good at the moment,’’ said Edwards.

The Kyabram players hit the track on Monday night and until December 20 will train each Monday and Wednesdays from 6pm with an optional gym third session under the club’s sports fitness guru Russeel Jarrett on Friday mornings from 6am.

A light session is planned for Friday, December 20 and will be followed by a Christmas barbecue for footballers, netballers and supporters.
